This two-day workshop covers the following:

  • Dynamic warm-ups and mobility drills specific to kettlebell training
  • Deadlifting and Swings (bilateral and unilateral)
  • Cleans
  • Overhead Pressing
  • Carries and Rack Positions
  • Goblet Holds and Positions
  • Windmills
  • Turkish Get Up

This kettlebell certification includes an extensive hands-on learning period to guarantee and solidify your ability to understand and implement kettlebell training methodology into a broad scheme of program design. This workshop is roughly 90% hands-on.

Exercise science, biomechanics and functional anatomy are addressed through a comprehensive presentation and an in-depth instructors manual that includes illustrations and descriptions as well as performance tips to maximize the effectiveness and safety of each kettlebell exercise.

The workshop will provide the following CEUs: ACE .8, NASM 1.2 & AFAA 1.2 (and any other certification can be submitted for and approved).
