


When it comes to fitness, any time is the right time to start. Yet sadly, most people fail to achieve their fitness goals each week/month/year. And yes, there are reasons so few athletes are able to transition to the next level – knowledge of what it takes to get there and a mentor to guide them.
But that’s enough negativity. I don’t do negativity. Instead, I look for positive solutions and find ways to move forward, developing habits that lead to success.
That’s right… Success is a habit… So is fitness… Which means successfully getting fit requires a routine of setting incremental goals and developing activities to achieve them.
With that in mind, there are two habits you need to focus on:
- Mindful Nutrition
- Increased Motion
We will not be playing the one-size-fits-all “diet and exercise” game that has failed you in the past. I coach a motion-based system of exercise, integrated with the principles of healthy eating developed by the team at Precision Nutrition. This system is gentler on the joints and focuses the work outs on particular energy systems.
My initial fitness evaluation includes the widely acclaimed Functional Movement Screen (FMS) assessment and its software. Developing a personalized program for you, this FMS process includes weekly communication, video training and libraries, and more.
Working together, you will develop healthy eating habits that provide you with the capacity to add more movement to your life – boosting energy levels and improving ranges of motion.
I can take you farther in a 45-minute virtual coaching session than most coaches can in an hour-and-a-half of in-your-face coaching. (In other words, no yelling!)
